Ordering Hanko (Stamp)

Step 1:
Choose your stamp size
Small – up to 8 letters
Medium – up to 12 letters
Large – up to 20 letters
Even if your name has fewer than 8 letters, you can still choose a Medium or Large size if you prefer.
However, the reverse is not possible — for example, we cannot engrave 11 letters on a Small size.

Step 2:
Enter Your Name
Select Options for Kanji Conversion
Enter your name, and then choose whether you would like your name translated into kanji. If you select this option, a consultation fee of ¥1,200 will apply.
If you don’t need a kanji translation, please select “I want my name in alphabet.”

※If you choose the kanji translation option, we will contact you in English via email or chat to discuss your name once we’ve received your order.
If English isn’t your first language, no problem—translation tools will help us communicate.
Just send us a few keywords that describe you (the more, the better!).
We’ll choose meaningful and beautiful kanji from the 2,997 characters officially approved for names in Japan.

Step3:
Add to Cart, and Place your Order
After making your selection, please add the item to your cart and proceed to complete your purchase.

Step 4:
Engraving in Process
Once everything is finalized, we will begin hand-carving your seal. Your seal will be carefully carved with heartfelt attention. Thank you for your patience—we hope you’re excited to receive it!
